By accessing or using the kilnmuse ceramic-glaze simulator (the "Service"), available at kilnmuse.app, operated by kilnmuse ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
kilnmuse is a tool that uses artificial intelligence to (i) generate estimated visualizations of how ceramic glazes may look when applied to a ceramic piece, and (ii) formulate original glaze recipes from inspiration photos.
The results produced by the simulator are estimates and serve solely as a visual sample to guide purchase decisions. AI-generated images do not guarantee the final result of the actual glaze application, which can vary with firing temperature, clay body, application thickness, and other factors.
To use the Service beyond the free simulations, you need to create an account with your name, email, and password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under your account.
The Service offers two (2) free simulations without requiring registration. For unlimited use, a subscription is required, processed via Stripe. Subscriptions are recurring and can be canceled at any time through the billing portal.
When you cancel, access remains active through the end of the period already paid. There are no prorated refunds for partial periods.
Glaze images belong to their respective manufacturers. Images generated by the AI are for personal use as a reference when purchasing glazes. Commercial use of generated images (advertising, resale, etc.) is not permitted without prior consent.
When you upload photos of ceramic pieces, you represent that you hold the rights to those images. Photos are processed by the AI and stored temporarily to generate mockups. We do not use your images for any other purpose.
The Service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that simulation results will match the actual result of applying glazes. We are not responsible for purchasing decisions made solely based on simulator results.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email to registered users.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the operator's jurisdiction.
